this item seems to have an extremely temperamental touchscreen- i now have two of them, completely brand new and unused, with the main workings of it functioning properly. But with one, only the lcd part of the touchscreen works, with the icons on the yellow part of the touchscreen being completely unresponsive despite the manual indicating that they should work as buttons. with the second one, the touchscreen does not respond at all in any part of it. if anyone would have any knowledge of how to possibly fix this issue, hopefully without too much risk of damaging it, i would greatly appreciate any help!
