Mesutchi and Osutchi - fat and hungry and can't eat

I've never had this trouble before and I'm surprised because I honestly didn't think there was anything that would surprise me like this. 

My Mesutchi and osutchi both at the same time grew into two fat faces on the screen that won't eat. They are hungry but they can't eat anything. I think this is a bad sign buy I've tried playing games with them to help them lose weight but they aren't changing back. 

Can someone help me fix it before they die?

So these “puffy faced characters” are called Debutchi. They are most likely at 99lbs which is why they turned like this. You have to play games with them A LOT until their weight goes down (to at least 89lbs if I remember correctly) and then they’ll turn back into your original characters.

Yeah, it's happened to mine before too.  It freaked me out too.  You have the same boy one as I do, and I have the clear girl one.  I haven't played mine for about 2 years now.  Gotta fix that soon.
