Whether or not these sorts of figures become available depends on how a company is run - typically, if a company allows for members of the public to invest by buying shares, then they tend to report sales figures and projections openly for those investors.
For example, Nintendo has annual investor meetings and Q&A's where they disclose how their currently-available games and hardware are performing, and they also provide official translations of these on their website. However, I don't know if Bandai/Bandai Namco is run in the same way, at least as far as the sales of toys go.
That would be the only way that I would expect to hear about that information.
