So I bought my tamagotchi P1 used, and I think there is a bug to where I can't go to the eighth option. Is this normal? (Btw it's a teen, if that matters)

The eighth option on the P1 is the attention icon and not an actual option to select.

Basically what Iamtamagotchi said. It's not an icon that you can select, rather it lights up when your tamagotchi needs attention so you can check it even if your sound is turned off or if you didn't hear its calls.
