this isnt with my tama,its my sisters.every time we try to connect,my sisters turn off.should i tell bandai?

hmm... commen glitch. You can contact bandai if you want... or you can just axchange the tama for a new one at the store.

if a battery with a black cross over it appears then its out of battery. when u say turn ff do u mean it resets
