Ufotchi only adult stage?

I have a 1 year old girl who is a ufotchi but I thought that was only an adult stage? Am I wrong on this?

UFOtchis are listed as adults. they're actually teenagers though

I don't know, that sounds a little odd. The earliest I've ever gotten a teen was when my Tama was 3.
