hey pplz

im wondering how do i get the training bar to go up if tried everything so someone plz help

 
The training bar will only go up if your Tama needs a praise or time-out. When your Tama has it's back turned to you, it needs a praise. When it calls out to you for no reason (all hearts are full), then it needs a time-out. Each of these actions will gain one training point.
