I don't no, but try resetting it over and over or taking out the battery and either putting it back in or replacing it. :furawatchi:

it happened to me once... we were replacing the battery and my mom put the battery in and it kinda beeped twice when she put it in... so I saw this--> ----------- too. But we took the battery out and put it back in and I downloaded it so it was better. Try reseting it, k?

I think that happened to me when I was pressing all the buttons including reset. I reset and then downloaded.It worked.
