Hi, I'm pretty new with this Tamagotchi Connexion version 2, but what does Gen1 means?

And my tamagotchi is 0 years but it isnt an egg any more. It looks like Flubber (from the movie, but it's not green of course) But what is it then? An adult or what?

Gen = Generation As your make new generations it goes up..

Years = Well its the amount of time your tama has spent alive (1 human day = approx. 1 tama year)

Your tama sounds like a marutchi.
