when i gave it its cape to play with it, after it moved the cape four or five times that one seceret character the one that likes to drink coffee came on the screen for a few seconds and it was opening its mouth and then my friend's danced again

That's because it was the transformation cape. Only the ninja guy can get it and it transforms him into another Tama. (until you hit a button; like any toy.)

The one that drinks alot of coffee is a secret character and I think gazarutchi is showing his true identity!
