It takes one hour from hatching to change into a toddler .. 24 hours from toddler to teen and 72 hours from teen to adult! Sounds like you are on track!

just give it while, like a week if it still hasnt changed id try resetting it or downloading it and if that doesnt kick it into gear get yourself a refund
