Help!

Okay, today, my v2 fell accidently and the screen turned blank. I knew it was the battery out of place. But a few minutes ago, I heard a weird noise from my tama (like the noise you hear (in cartoons mostly) when a (big) machine turns off. You know... right?) and it randomly reset. So I pressed download.

I know I can do download, but why is it doing that? What if it resets in the middle of the night? If you wait too long, will you have to reset? What if it resets while it's resetted? Will I have to reset if it resets twice in a row?

I dont wanna lose my tama on 9th generation!

So can anybody help?

This has happened to me before. On my v1 I tried to debug it, and it didnt work so I put it back together. It started making this loud BEEP and would fade. It reset a lot too. I am sorry to say, but your tama is broken. Sorry.
