This is some type of weird glitch which happens on both V3 and V2.
Im sorry, but so far there is no solution to this problem.. Its just unfortunate if it happens to you

Yes, as Haze said, it's a bad glitch. you won't be able to deleat them out of your items list or anything. you will have to reset your tama to get rid of all of it... sorry. this happened to me too.

P.S. did your tama die before this happened? like right after you hatched a new egg?
