Don't they do that when you use the love potion and then connect with the oppisite gender? :)

 
My V3 got married with my friends V3 on Friday and every time they connected with each other, they kissed and a love heart came up onto the screen!

Yeah..they have. ^.^ They had kids. But then all of them started to be the same gender so they cant kiss anymore :D
