You just have to keep trying... theirs no realy way of getting certain characters except for debugging, which i dont like :D

 
to get a gozarutchi, you have to mistreat your tamagotchi. ther's a 50/50 chance you'll get a gozarutchi or a maskutchi. i hope this helps
