Nope, just a single tama baby per unit. one baby goes to mom and the other to dad. Technically, I guess that would be twins but there is only ever one baby on the screen.
Then the parent leaves at Midnight the second night and that's it! You get to raise the baby.

but my cousin's friend's mom only had 1 baby,the dad didn't get a baby!

Actually,I saw someone on here that has TWO babies on one screen,but it was with a glitch.Normally you can only have one baby on a screen.

1.MAKE 2 tamagotchis FALL IN LOVE BEFORE THE MATCH MAKER COMES AT AGE 7
2.U WILL SEE 1 BABY 1 ADULT ON THE SCREEN,AT AGE 7 THE MATCHMAKER WILL COME SAY YES 2 THE MATCH MAKER AFTER EVERYTHINGS DONE WALLA! U HAVE 2 BABIES ON THE SCREEN NOW IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS U SHOULD SEE 2 BABIES AND 1 ADULT OR THE ADULT GOES AWAY U SHOULD JUST SEE 2 BABIES!!!!!

*Sigh* Only one on each screen... sometimes I get so tired of the whole "you can get twins and stuff" maybe you can, but it's a glitch and is no way a part of the game.
