Hi, have had my tamagotchi for 1 week.

today, have a black screen, but, when i press buttons, still have sound.

can't see my tama.

tried to reset, but, didnt work.

is it broken? don't want to get a new one if don't have to. :D

 
are all of the buttons lit up? this happened to me....

just take the battery out and put it back in

Are you sure you didn't accidentally turn the light off? Keep hitting A button until you're at the light icon, then press B to see if the lights are on or off.

As others have said, possibly because you have turned off the lights..

Or

You have exposed it to WAY too much heat/sunlight, if you expose your screen to too much heat/sunlight it makes the screen really dark and hard to see. (can happen on Calculators/Mono-colour mobile phones aswell)

Or you may have tried debugging it and hit something to mess it up; as complex as it looks, most technology is very easily destroyed. DESTROY US ALL! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! :furawatchi:
