On my V2 the only options listed to connect are with V1 or V2, how do I connect to a V3?
How does my V2 connect to a V3?

So to connect I dont have to press anything on my V2? Just my friend who has the V3?

Your V3 can pose as a v1 when connecting with a v2... so on your v2, select version 1. this is tested, so I'm sure it will work.
