The History link is for past Tamagotchi that died under BAD care, not by having a baby. You can access the Parent link though, don't worry!
You only have tamas that have dided with out haveing a baby!
But if you look in parents you sould have a parent and grandparent!
if you press B til it gives you a password for pc ( parents and grandparents house on tamatown)!

History is for DEAD tamas without good care and didn't mate and have a baby.
