Mine died when I had an adult and baby. I pressed a and c together and it didn't give me a new egg. I had to reset the entire thing!! :huh: :nazotchi: :(

 
Same happened to my friend- the buttons get a little fussy at the time it is dead. Try a few times before resetting!
