How do you visit grandparents?!

I can visit parents but not grandparents. How do you visit them. When I go to parents I never see grandparents. Please help!

and the grandparetns house is behind the parents house just thought you might want to know :huh: :D :huh:

Hop i helped and you can visit the grandparents house and parents house 3 times only all the other times they wont give you anything
