up top, on the right, you'll see a little "Settings" button in bold type. (Look up ^^ on the screen at the very top) Click that. It will take you to your control panel. About half way down, on the left, in bold you'll see "Subscriptions" Click either "View Topics" or "View Forums" depending on what you are sucribed to. Then you will get a list of your subcriptions. From there, put a check in the small box at the end of the line and click "Unsubscribe". That should do it!!!! ^_^
