My brother wanted to debug his V2 but when i opened it there was no Debug sign or any semi circles or squares for that matter.

Can any1 plz help me.

It looks like you have a ConneXion. V1, V2, and V3 ConneCTions are all debuggable. Sadly, ConneXions cannot be debugged.
