My tamagotchi has 4 hearts for my other but it doesnt mate?!?! its had it for 3 hours now

Both the Tamagptchi have to be Five or more to mate.

That happened to me twice and one was 9 and 1 was 4! Both had love potion twice. The boy went to the oppisite side on the girls screen but it did not work!
