uhhhh...keep something thin & pointy on hand to press the buttons *shurgs* i guess
or u could cut little pieces of eraser or something and fit them in the holes
dont know if that will work but u can give it a try

Oooo... it's extremely difficult to use if the buttons are worn down... yeah, I would try to find a broken tama and use the buttons or buy a new one...
