Hi all~

We just purchased the tamagotchi yesterday and my daughter was having a lot of fun. Now for some reason it will not let us enter the passwords from Tamatown-

Everytime I enter one it comes up--Error---

What did I do? It worked one minute and then not the next.

It is because you must enter the exact same username at Tamatown as your Tamagotchi.

If you forgot what you made your username here is how to retrieve it from your Tamagotchi:

press button ( A ) to select the "Health Meter" then scroll down using button ( B ) until you reach the USERNAME.
