A souvenier is just a completly useless item that is fun to occupy your time. You can get them at https://www.tamagotchitown.com . Although you can't go on a plane ride unless you have the passport. However no one knows what the 32 souvenier is. And if you donate 5000, 12000, and 30000 you will get a royal costume. When you use the royal costume you get a password (which is for the DS game TamagotchiCornerShop)

Edit: Also in order to get onto tamatown your tama needs to be a V3.
