Err... I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but Tamagotchi cousins isn't a specific type of Tamagotchi or anything like that, it's just a name given to all virtual pet related things. So, there isn't really a set time when they came out, there's been hundreds made over the years, since Tamagotchi started in 1996.
