You mean Wooltchi? I like it too, but I'm also curious to how you get it. I've made topics like this too and nobody gives me an anwser. If I ever find out (which may not happen, srry), I promise I will tell you.

I'm not sure but I'm just guessing that Wooltchi gets average care. Remember I'm just guessing.
