, then i've had 1! acctully, i just about asked the same question as u on here! the person told me that it was a RARE character. that thought just makes u want 2 hug it & kiss it & praise it A LOT! doesn't it? well, as 4 the secret charater part, i'm clueless, but i don't think its secret. even if it iz, .............um.............i dont have an answer 4 ya dere. hope it helped!

No, sorry, Warosutchi is not a secret character. It is just a regular V3 character. The only "secret character" that people have gotton is Oyajitchi and you can get it by mating two oldies.
