Which of the Tamagotchis from any version, resemble Pokemon? I think the Kabutchi, the turnip from V2 looks like Chikorita.

 
Chomametchi, especially the ears, looks like Plusle or Minun.

 
Mametchi reminds me of Pikachu. Its is a yellow and black rodent, and the poster child for Tamagotchi like Pikachu is for Pokémon. and the Connection-era redesign has rosy cheeks like Pikachu, too.
