You cannot make if fall asleep...

Unless it is 29 mins untill its bed time and you can turn off the lights and then it will fall asleep earlyer,.

And a child goes to bed at 8:00 pm, except when the child is a Kinakomotchi (lumpy/rock kid). And they go to bed at 9:00 pm.
