The matchmaker will come if you set the time to 10:29 am or set the time to 6:59 pm and wait for one minute. Your friends tama must be an adult that's at least five years old for them to mate. Also, make lots of connections with your friends until they each have hearts in the "Friends" list. Use honey or love potion to make them kiss each other.
