My tama got a job today and it was a teacher, but I don't know how to play the game. Please tell me!!

You mean the one at the Elementary school? I had that job before. You have to match the skill point with another one of the same kind from the bottom pile. Use the A button to scroll through the pile, use the B button to select/confirm it, and use the C button to get a new pile. It's not that hard once you get used to it, but I hated it when all the piles I changed to didn't have what I was looking for.
