My tama keeps crying and i dont know why

My tamagotchi keeps crying and I don't know why I've fed it food and snacks and stuff I gave it a bath I don't know why it's still sad (it's a tamagotchi on)

This happened with my Pix, it turned out the happiness meter was just too low in general (when it evolved to adult, it gained a bigger happiness meter so it was low by default XD) so I played games with it a lot until it got happier.

Of course, that's on the Pix, so IDK about the On. Just trying to give a clue until someone comes in with a better answer~

Thank you! I just ended up giving lots of snacks until it stopped cry lol but I'll play games with it next time to see if it works too

Not only feeding your tamagotchi snacks will increase the happiness meter. You can play games, visit locations and access the ON app.

With the tamagotchi on, sometimes it helps to go to the park. I have the pix and my friend has the on, so i don't really know.
