Yeah, if they're overweight you'll probably end up with a really bad character. Also if you feed them too many snacks they get toothache (you'll see a tooth icon appear and you'll have to cure them). So really it's better to keep the weight down.

:D Didn't last long, huh? At least you didn't lose your character :( It's good to know we don't all have to worry about what happens when the battery dies! I've heard that the batteries that come with it are only demo ones so hopefully when you buy a battery for them they last a lot longer...

My kinakomatchi just evolved (age 2) to a young mimitchi! It's so cute! :( Only ever had ichigotchi before so it was a nice surprise :D Hopefully this one won't turn into a tarakotchi :) hehe

Nire: I see what you mean now- the same thing just happened to my new tama. Aaarrgh! How annoying! I didn't want another tarakotchi! I looked after it really well, had 8 training bars as well and still I got tarakotchi... :blink: I feel like re-setting it and starting over again but somehow...

You could do, or you could wait a day or 2 and then accept :blink:

No probs :) I was doing the same thing til I found this site, hehe- that's why my 1st tama only has 2 training bars and my new 1 has 8 already! LOL :blink:

If your tama is standing with its back to you then praise it and it should increase your training bars by 1. If it's facing you looking normal and there's nothing wrong with it (e.g. it's not hungry or sad etc) then punish it, and you should get another training bar. If this isn't working I...

My tarakotchi got a skateboard and a pair of boots (both of which it keeps) My ichigotchi got a bouncy ball (which it keeps) Both of them have had ghosts (!), cake, flowers and... er... poo. :angry: These are items that they don't keep. I think there have been other things but I can't...

Yeah, I agree with meef :( I've got tarakotchi at the moment but it's just had a baby so I'm hoping to train the baby better so I get a better character LOL :angry: My other connexion is an ichigotchi at the moment but I'm hoping for something different to a tarakotchi when it evolves...

There seem to be quite a few available near me at the moment but when I bought my first one there were only a few and they were all white ones. I must've been lucky when I bought my second one though 'cos it seemed like they'd just had a delivery, there were loads (and most importantly, pink...

LOL ;) the hard part about it is that you have to keep watching them to make sure you see the stink waves before it poos. I'm not sure how long the stink waves appear for before it actually makes a mess, but it's quite easy to miss it :D Also I don't know if they ever just use the toilet...
