Once i heard my Furby doing those EAS weekly tests...And my TV wasn't on. Oh, and a EAS Is to alert people of torandos. When it did a beeping noise, i walked slowly to it...And it said THIS IS A WEEKLY TEST OF THE EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM!" And it woke my Cousins up...XD
