is it normal for its icon not to show up coloured when you select it?

Help! One of my Tamagotchi 4U icons is either not showing it in colour when I select it or shows in in full colour when I DON'T select it. Can you help me fix it, or is it defective or impossible to fix? This problem REALLY bugs me! ~ Cheers :unsure: :angry: :) :huh:
