I CAN HELP!! On TamaTown you click the parent's house and then you enter the password. First I got a cellphone, then a pencil, and then a music disc! The cellphone goes into souvenirs, and the other 2 things go into items.

It happened to me too! :( Just turn the sound off for a while and after an hour or so, it should be back to normal! :D

I think after you get all the items--crown, cape, ring--you'll get a costume for an adult to wear. And then, when you connect and play games you will get 400-600 points just from winning! :D I know because I read it somewhere and I got a ring and cape so far on MY tamagotchi!! :(
