They're the neglected type family. I get them almost all the time. You can marry them like normal, don't know of a way to change them back. One character that you marry one of the female's to, it turns the female into a caterpillar/worm thingy.

Don't think you can get the souvenir from Canada. You'll just have to wait for another ticket to get it. Once you use a ticket, go to the site and get the souvenir before using another ticket.

There is a help section here. In order to get the item from your online account to your music star, is to go to your apartment and click on the item that shows a little icon of a tamagotchi toy. After you click on it, just select send and then punch in the code it gives you on your music star.

I get this too, and when I get to the souvenirs, it says "undefined undefined". The logout boxes are blank. If I could, I'd take a screen shot of it, but not sure how to do that with, what, flash?
