How do you find the last piece to complete the puzzle? I hava Kiraricchi and have three of the four pieces.

I woke up today with it like that and I'm kind of worried there's something wrong with it?! The screen is an orange background except for the icons across the screen. Is this normal? If not, anyone know how I could fix it?
