No, Rotom isn't a legendary. If it was, you could probably still use it anyway, because it's not that strong.

I can't really remember any nightmares I've had, mostly because I've been lucid dreaming since I was 3 and that I can't make myself dream bad dreams. I've had really, really, really weird dreams that weren't lucid dreams, but no bad dreams as of yet.

I had a fancy arrow once, and it nearly ruined my computer. It was a striped arrow with a present next to it. I prefer the plain arrow, and the arrow with the hourglass, and the 'I' when you're typing. And the arrow and the CD. Can't forget that little guy...
