I have just this second purchased a melody mix on ebay , I have bought this so I can unlock all the locations and characters. It also comes with the official guide and one of the cute lanyards! I cant wait :D

I have also ran into this problem, its such a shame that we cannot unlock all the content without another mix. I'm in the UK and don't know anybody else that has tamas, I'm reluctant to buy another just to unlock the content as I will only play with the one. Dilemmas! :'(

I'd be tempted to use a blunt tooth pick covered in some tissue paper to clean the sides of the tama, it should effectively 'scrape' the dirt out and will look good as new (I would suggest wearing some gloves so you don't get germs on you) :) I agree with the above comments, a slightly damp...
