That happened to me. Stop putting it on pause, wait 3 days, and it will have evolved into at least a teenager by then. Check how old it is. If it's over 3 years, something's wrong with your tama.

The matchmaker won't come for oldies, but you won't lose any of your items if your tama dies

I had a ponytailchi and it turned into a Scientist. Every tama can turn into a scientist if it has the skill points.

:angry: Your tama has a glitch. It's supposed to die when it's 10 years old. Your tama graduated school so you can't play games anymore. "Have a good day at work" is just a greeting. You increase skill points by playing games. Shape increases intellegence Flag increases Social/Kindness...
