Hello and welcome! I suggest with your Pix looking into getting rechargeable batteries, it will save you from buying more batteries and using them all up in a short period of time.

Which version of the pix do you have? Apparently the pix party has a longer battery life. As for rechargeable batteries, the manual recommended Eneloop rechargeable batteries. That's what I've been using.
