Tama small shell damage help!!

Hi!! Okay, so I know these aren't much visible but is it possible to fix these? Or smooth them out? They appeared after opening my tamagotchi apart, and screwdriver made this tiny damage. My tama is in perfect condition and these things are new, and I'd like to fix them so it's brand new again.

It's a V4, not sure if the shell has a name but when u google ''Tamagotchi V4 pink sakura flowers'' you can find it
