How do you get new games on v4?

I got a v4 today. :( ;) Tamatown is rubbish though. Who else thinks so?

I bought the items "pot plant" and "pencil". Just like any other item, tama uses them. But nothing important happens and they are only one use. Do they actually do anything but show you an animation?

I have noticed a few times when i leave my tamagotchi unpaused for a while, then come back he is entertaining himself, like singing or playing with one of his items. So, can anyone tell me all (or at least some) of the things tamagotchis do when you leave them? :P :lol:

I just replaced batteries for my tamagotchi. When I left him, he was a kuchipatchi. Before him, i had a mimitchi but now i have replaced the batteries i have the mimitchi back, with the exact same name and everything. Anyone know what happened? :P :lol:
