My tama just became an adult and I don't know what character it is. Before it was a ringotchi. Now it has round ears, a small tail, and there are two arms always in front of it. Anybody know what it is?

Hi, I've just been browsing around a bit and I saw some people with a "Tama Guide" avatar. What are they and what do they do? Also, I was just wondering how you become one. Thanx! ^^
