I think I managed to find out what's wrong. FINALLY! It has to with my router. Are u connected to the internet via a router, Tama-Star_Girl? I hooked my mac directly from my modem and managed to finally see the loading percentage.... at long last. Friend me, people! I'm GS1625 :)

I've been having the same problem for weeks too <_< only managed to get on to the site using Google Chrome on my cousin's PC.... still trying to figure out what's causing the connection time out.

I cant even get to the login page! Does anyone have the email address or contact details for Bandai US? I would like to email them :(
