can you tell me how you solved your problem since im having the same one?

so i got a tama-go for my 21st birthday (i know sad that i wanted one) and since then ive been trying to log in. i go to the little door icon, select PC, get what i assume is my user id and password. but when i enter that into the tama-go login it just doesnt work. i cant see how bandai expects...
